In the month of February, I read some good books and some not-so-good books. Here are my favorite books that I really enjoyed during the month of February.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone: Still one my all-time favorite book/series. Rowling does such an amazing job crafting a detailed, yet seemingly plausible wizarding world.
What I Loved:
- likable characters
- great character development
- unique
- fantasy, yet realistic
- leave you wanting more
Defender of Jerusalem: I never would have guessed that this 600+ page novel about the Crusades would be so compelling. Schrader does such a great job in capturing both the time period and the struggles the protagonists faced.
What I Loved:
- relatable and likable characters
- great character development
- learn about the crusades
- writing just flowed
- leave you wanting more
These are my top two for this month that I highly recommend to many!
