Genre: Young Adult Fantasy
 4-star-review out of 5
OBC Rating: 3 out of 4 stars
Themes: OCD, Grief, Trust, Healing, Time, Family

~ The Good ~

  • Strong female leads
  • Tie-in with character who has OCD
  • Extremely likable characters
  • Everyone had a clear purpose
  • Slight tie-in with religious stories

~ The Not-So Good ~

  • Some parts were too descriptive and slowed down the plot
  • Vagueness/disconnect to the musical and therapy pieces of the novel

~ Recommendation? ~

I would recommend this to those who enjoy low fantasies, a bit of clean romance, and young adult reads.
